Job Description
- Lead governance of growth initiatives with comprehensive weekly updates on progress, providing visibility into development timelines, milestone achievements, risks and any deviations from targets.
- Identify and communicate risks across engineering and product teams, creating alerts and detailed risk mitigation strategies.




- Build and maintain advanced performance dashboards using JIRA and other analytics tools like Tableau, consolidating key metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, quality metrics, and resource allocation.
- Utilize data insights to drive process improvements and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional leaders.
- Act as an advisor to Product Managers and Scrum Masters on technical process alignment, maintenance of JIRA scrum boards, ensuring compliance with PDLC standards and enforcing RACI guidelines to maintain explicit accountability across all stages of the development cycle.
- Continuously evaluate and refine PDLC processes and tools, promoting technical compliance and efficiency improvements across engineering and product teams.
- Partner with engineering to establish and monitor critical quality metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and technical debt, to ensure high standards of engineering quality.
