SQA and SEPG in a CMMI L5 setup and exposure to CMM / CMMI appraisal (ATM)
Job responsibilities and activities that
the role is expected to handle
Person to drive the whole CMMI L3 initiatives – including:
- Process writing – QMS procedures, templates, guidelines, checklists, reports, etc.)
- train people,
- define metrics:
- maintain data
- setup necessary tools for metrics collection
- metrics analysis
- Process implementation:
- Facilitation
- Performing SQA audits
