Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive OEM and broker channels to achieve GWP and market share objectives as per business plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and brokers
- Engaging with broker , OEM dealerships to Identify new opportunities for business collaboration
- Track and analyze OEM and broker performance metrics
- Work closely with internal teams such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, and Technology to support business objectives.
- Ensure timely resolution of OEM escalations by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
