Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Switching Software Engineer to lead innovation and development of cutting-edge managed switching solutions for small and medium enterprise (SME) markets. This role requires deep technical expertise in switching software architecture and product-level understanding to drive breakthrough innovations in cost-effective, feature-rich managed switches from 10GB to 400GB targeting SME deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Innovation Leadership: Drive breakthrough innovations in SME-focused switching features including zero-touch provisioning, cloud-based management integration, and AI-powered network optimization
- SME Feature Development: Lead development of enterprise-grade features optimized for SME deployments: simplified network segmentation, automated VLAN provisioning, intelligent traffic prioritization, and plug-and-play enterprise security
- Cost-Performance Optimization: Innovate cost-effective solutions that deliver enterprise functionality at SME price points while maintaining performance
- Customer-Driven Innovation:



Lead research into SME networking pain points and develop cutting-edge software solutions for simplified network management
- Platform Differentiation: Drive technical differentiation through innovative features like ML-based network anomaly detection, automated capacity planning, and predictive maintenance for SME environments
- Market-Focused Architecture: Design switching architectures that balance advanced enterprise features with SME deployment simplicity and cost constraints
