Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Preparation of process flow charts, process drawings, standard operating procedures, production plans and reports
- conduct internal and external supplier audits on a regular basis to improve processes and to ensure alignment quality standards
- In-house and supplier quality inspection (online and finished components), report preparation and taking counter measure action for any defecting quality problems
- Experience in AS9100, AS9102, CWI (AWS)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in AS9100D
- Must have experience in managing a team.
- Very good Knowledge on GD&T; and Measurement tools
- Very good knowledge in manufacturing processes
- Strong communication (oral and written communication) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office (word, PowerPoint and excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Should be flexible and willing to learn current areas technology
