Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS Lead to spearhead our financial consolidation and close cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep expertise in Oracle FCCS and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations. This role demands solid functional and technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across finance and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions
- Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes
- Translate business requirements into FCCS configurations and integrations
