As an Observability / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Senior Associate-AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and inspire others, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
