About the Role
AECOM is seeking a Digital Lead – PMO to drive digital transformation, governance,



and data-driven delivery across large-scale energy and infrastructure programs. This role will lead the integration of digital tools, analytics, and PMO best practices to enhance project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk dimensions.
The position will play a critical role in enabling digitally enabled project delivery, ensuring alignment with AECOM’s global digital strategy and supporting complex programs such as renewable energy, transmission & distribution, substations, and hybrid energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Digital PMO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and implement a Digital PMO framework aligned with AECOM’s enterprise digital strategy.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, reporting, and governance.
- Drive adoption of digital platforms (e.g., dashboards, BIM integration, data analytics tools).
- Establish a data-driven PMO culture enabling predicti
