Job Description

The Analyst – Plant & Machinery Valuation will support valuation assignments for industrial assets, including machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, across sectors such as manufacturing, power, infrastructure,



oil & gas, and logistics. The role involves technical analysis, cost estimation, depreciation assessment, and report preparation in line with valuation standards (IVS / RICS / local guidelines).
Valuation Execution
- Conduct valuations of:
- Plant & machinery (manufacturing, process plants, heavy equipment)
- Industrial assets and infrastructure
- Apply appropriate valuation approaches:
- Cost Approach (RCN/RCP – Replacement Cost New/Reproduction Cost)
- Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC)
- Market Approach (where comparable data available)

2. Asset Inspection & Data Collection
- Perform physical inspections of machinery and plants
- Assess:
- Age, condition, capacity utilization
- Maintenance history and obsolescence (technical/economic)
- Installation and operational status
- Coordinate with plant engineers/management for technical inputs
