Role Summary/Purpose
We are currently seeking a Growth Leader whose primary responsibility is to sell, retain and grow water treatment/process chemicals business in Middle market corporations
Strategic Planning and Market Development
- Define Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically targeting the Middle Market segment to ensure retention and market share growth in the South Asia Region.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive strategies, and new technologies in water treatment. Maintain and update market search and sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Prospect Generation: Identify, develop, and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities by connecting with potential and existing customers.
- Product and Technology Interface: Act as the key interface with technology and product management groups to ensure product offerings are aligned with specific market requirements and customer needs.
Sales Execution and Performance Management
- Revenue and Margin Accountability: Be directly responsible for delivering the target top line revenue and gross margin for the assigned region.
