Description
As the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for multiple Dominos outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and achieving business goals. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operations of 10 Domino's stores, ensuring smooth daily functions.
- Lead and motivate store teams, providing effective training and performance management.
- Implement and monitor store-level strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.




- Collaborate with the Operations Support team to address any operational challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
