bout the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Growth, Performance & Affiliate Marketing Specialist who will own user acquisition, campaign optimization, and partner-led growth. This role requires someone who can scale paid channels, drive ROI, and build strong affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI
- Continuously monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies

2. Growth Marketing
- Identify and experiment with new growth channels (organic, referral, influencer, etc.)
- Work closely with product and analytics teams to improve conversion funnels
- Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Leverage data to drive decision-making and growth experiments

3. Affiliate Marketing
- Build and manage affiliate partnerships (networks, publishers, influencers)




- Negotiate deals, commission structures, and performance terms
- Track affiliate performance and optimize partner ROI
- Ensure fraud prevention and compliance across affiliate channels

4. Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or Mixpanel
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in performance/growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel metrics
- Experience in affiliate marketing or partner ecosystems
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, BI tools)
- Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills

Valuable to Have
- Experience in D2C, SaaS, fintech, or app-based businesses
- Knowledge of SEO, ASO, or lifecycl
