Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge network management and orchestration solutions for Wireless LAN devices. In this role, you will lead a team in building scalable, high-performance systems in cloud-native environments, leveraging your expertise in Java/Go and your deep understanding of wireless networking protocols and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect & Develop: Lead the design and development of network management and orchestration solutions for Wireless LAN devices, focusing on cloud-native applications and microservices using Java and/or Go.

Cloud Platforms: Build and optimize scalable systems on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring distributed systems’ reliability and efficiency.

Wi-Fi Management: Implement solutions for Wi-Fi device management, client provisioning, and network optimization,



covering technologies like Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), and Wi-Fi 6E.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, QA engineers, and network architects to define and deliver features on schedule.

API Development: Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration with network devices, cloud platforms, and third-party services.

Database Management: Utilize SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) technologies for productive data storage and retrieval.

Event-Driven Architecture: Implement messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ for real-time communication and orchestration.

CI/CD and DevOps: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, ensuring rapid and reliable feature delivery.
