Job Description

Industrialization & New Project Introduction
- Lead industrialization activities from concept through mass production.
- Coordinate APQP, safe launch, and plant-level ramp-up activities.
- Ensure smooth project handover to production with all documentation complete.

Molding Machines, Tooling & Equipment Development
- Manage procurement, installation, and qualification of molding machines and molds.
- Oversee tool release, validation, and supplier coordination.
- Drive localization and integration of new technologies.

Process Engineering & Change Management
- Develop, optimize, and maintain molding processes for quality and efficiency.
- Implement engineering changes and deploy global lessons learned.
- Support process integration for new technologies and automation.

Productivity, Cost Optimization & Lean Manufacturing
- Drive ≥5% annual productivity improvement through Lean and automation.
- Reduce NCC, scrap, cycle time, and energy consumption.
- Achieve cost targets, spending plans, and project profitability goals.

Equipment Specification,



Technology Advancement & Supplier Management
- Define technical specifications for machines and special equipment.
- Lead design, build, and launch of new equipment and tools.
- Work with global teams and suppliers on technology upgrades and improvements.

Maintenance & Reliability Management
- Establish preventive maintenance and repair plans for molding equipment.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and documentation.
- Build maintenance team capability for handling current machines/technologies.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Support problem-solving, change management, and customer communication.
- Implement safety norms, energy-saving initiatives, and scrap systems.
- Ensure EHS compliance and participate actively as an ERT member.

Training & People Development
- Build competency in molding, tooling, and process engineering teams.
- Train operators and technicians on new equipment and best practices.
