Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Generalist with a strong Talent Acquisition focus to be the first point of contact and brand ambassador for InMuto Consulting. This role is pivotal in shaping how prospective employees experience our organization—from the first conversation to onboarding.

You will independently drive hiring efforts, represent InMuto across campuses and talent forums, and build a solid employer brand for our House of Brands. The role blends recruitment excellence with hands-on HR operations and employee engagement.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles—from sourcing and HR screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closures.
