Job Description

The role




As an FX Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire our FX team in Mumbai, driving the creative and technical delivery of complex effects across film and episodic projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the VFX and CG Supervisors, Producers, and other department leads to define the FX vision, plan production needs, and ensure seamless integration across 2D and 3D.
You’ll guide artists in creating high-quality simulations - from fire, smoke, water, and magical effects to large-scale destruction - ensuring work meets both artistic goals and technical requirements. Leveraging your deep knowledge of Houdini and related tools, you’ll troubleshoot challenges, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency through collaboration with Pipeline and R&D.;
As a department leader, you’ll mentor artists, foster an inclusive and creative environment, and help shape the studio’s FX standards through feedback, performance
