Job Description:

in project planning and scheduling activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.

Collaborate with arch, contractors, other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate projects.

Oversee day-to-day construction site handling

Perform RCC checking and ensure technical compliance

Prepare and monitor Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

Coordinate with contractors.

Manage site inventory and ensure proper equipment management

Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate projects.
- B.E in civil
