Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sheet metal production activities.
- Ensure proper use of welding processes (TIG/MIG) as per job requirements.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of components.
- Carry out checking, gauging, and measurement using precision tools.
- Supervise grinding, buffing, and polishing operations.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and design teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Solid knowledge of engineering drawing reading.
- Hands-on experience in TIG & MIG welding.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
- Understanding of surface finishing processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage shop floor manpower.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in handling production line.




- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP reporting)

Candidate Profile:
- Industry: Sheet Metal Fabrication/Furniture
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years in sheet metal or fabrication industry.
- Salary: 20K- 25K per month
- Duty Hours : 8 - 10 Hours
