As a Social Media Marketing Intern at CtrlShiftStore, a growing Indian gaming peripherals brand, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and growing a niche e-commerce brand. You will work closely with the founder to improve the brands social presence and Discord community engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and schedule content across Instagram and other platforms- Enhance engagement and consistency of posts and reels- Assist in planning content calendars- Aid in growing and moderating the Discord community- Propose growth strategies for brand awareness- Track basic analytics and performance metrics- Brainstorm campaigns, launches, and community activitiesQualifications:- Based in Delhi (preferred for hybrid/in office collaboration)- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content- Familiarity with Discord communities- Interest in gaming, mechanical keyboards, or tech culture- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools- Self-driven and consistentWhile prior experience is beneficial, practical thinking and execution are valued more.
