Role Overview:You will be responsible for collaborating with FP&A; counterparts to understand the business aspects affecting expenses, revenues, and AUMs. You will monitor daily and monthly deadlines, provide in-depth analysis of variances, communicate solutions to the team, drive trainings, lead transformation projects, review process procedures, handle client queries independently, and participate in continuous improvement projects under the supervisors direction.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with FP&A; counterparts to understand business aspects affecting expenses, revenues, and AUMs- Monitor daily and monthly deadlines to ensure timely completion of activities- Provide in-depth analysis of variances for different business units- Communicate and provide solutions for daily activities or arising issues- Drive trainings for new joiners and ongoing trainings for new projects- Lead internal transformation projects focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation- Review and update process procedures for new changes/updates- Handle client queries independently- Ensure SOPs and video recordings are regularly updated- Participate in continuous improvement projects under the supervisors directionQualifications Required:- 5 to 7 years of accounting experience, specifically in the Financial Planning & Analysis process- Experience with accounting and financial systems, preferably Oracle- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis process improvement and application systems implementation- Knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Good interpersonal skills- Ability to manage team members and deliverables- Good written and oral communication skills- Highly organized- Ability to meet strict deadlines- Ability to interview, hire, and train employees- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to plan, assign, and direct work- Ability to multi-taskAbout Invesco:Invesco is one of the worlds leading global investment management firms with over 8000 employees focused on client needs and managing over $1.6 billion in assets under management.
