This position is crucial in transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies aimed at reducing the burden of living with diabetes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes, identifying complex business problems and needs, and translating those needs into system requirements.- Provide technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploy new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.- Configure system settings and options, plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in HR operations applications.- Experience in performing Workday configuration and updates.- Proficiency in executing daily operational tasks and system checks.- Participation in the testing phases of new implementations and updates.In this role, you will play a vital part in Medtronics Diabetes business, which is undergoing a separation to drive future growth and innovation.
