You will be part of the Fiduciary Operations team at Fiduciary Trust International, working closely with Client Services Administrators and Portfolio Managers to support day-to-day Cash Settlements operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Supporting cash settlements functions for FTCI institution, including cash and remittance payments, and providing support to Trust, Employee Benefit Trust, Tax department, and Custody functions.- Creating and distributing critical reports to business heads and higher management.- Working in a fast-paced environment against stringent deadlines throughout the day to ensure agreed services delivery.- Ensuring the activities/tasks are performed accurately and timely by the team and supporting the supervisor in process activities.- Gathering and researching information, resolving problems, and working well in a daily deadline-oriented environment.- Working on multiple tasks simultaneously and keeping all appropriate personnel informed of current activity and events.- Handling various external and internal contacts, requiring excellent client service, oral, and verbal communication skills.Your ongoing responsibilities as an Operations Analyst, Cash Settlements will include:- Daily processing of cash transactions such as reviewing all checks presented for payments, processing stop payments on checks, and processing remittance events on the Accounting platform.- Responding timely to customer service requests and interacting with the US Cash Settlements team to ensure timely completion of requests.- Monitoring and ensuring the verification of all cash transactions on the accounting system.- Tracking internal errors, suggesting process improvements,
