As a Finance Analyst for the Global Transformation function, your role will involve supporting the financial management of the transformation budget under the Finance Director Transformation. You will work closely with the Divisional Finance Directors and their teams to ensure projects are within financial governance and provide insights into financial risks and opportunities.Your core duties and responsibilities will include:- Budget Oversight & Spend Control: Manage and control the transformation budget, track project expenditure, and align it with the approved financial plan. Highlight budget variances and work with Finance Directors to take corrective actions.- Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly financial reports tracking benefits realization from the transformation program. Provide updates for the Programme Board on financial performance and ensure financial goals are met.- Governance and Financial Compliance: Enforce strong financial governance processes, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize cost-effectiveness.- Forecasting and Financial Modelling: Lead the consolidation of periodic forecasts, assess financial impact of potential changes, and support decision-making.- Continuous Improvement and Financial Process Enhancement: Drive ongoing improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting methods to enhance transparency, accuracy, and efficiency.- Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights as requested by senior management, support business case evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and decision-making.The successful candidate will demonstrate:- Financial Experience: Experience in financial management, reporting,
and analysis with a focus on overseeing large budgets.- Financial Reporting & Benefit Tracking: Experience in developing financial reports tracking benefits from transformation programs.- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in advanced financial software and tools for data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.- Attention to Detail & Proactive Problem Solving: Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Qualifications required:- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent.- Prior experience of working in an offshored Finance SSC.- Overall 10 years of experience with 6 years in FP&A; Process.- Knowledge of Workday is an advantage.- Knowledge of Adaptive Insights and other financial accounting systems is beneficial.
