- Source Home Loan / LAP cases from open market
- Generate leads through DSA, connectors, and builder networks
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products
- Collect and verify customer documents
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing




- Ensure timely login and disbursement of loan files
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales
- Experience in Banking / NBFC preferred
- Graduate preferred
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Field sales experience mandatory

Nature of Work:
- 70-80% field work
- Target-based role
