**Job Description**You are a Senior Support Engineer with 10 years of relevant experience, including Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud implementation. You have completed at least 5 full project lifecycles of Finance modules implementation and have hands-on experience in Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX, and PSA. Your technical skills include expertise in SQL, OTBI, BIP, FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows. Additionally, you have implementation experience in Purchasing Projects Portfolio modules and a working knowledge of SQL. You are familiar with Fusion SaaS Projects and the full implementation and support cycle.**Key Responsibilities**- Serve as the technical interface to customers, OEMs, and VARs for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products- Possess in-depth knowledge of several products and platforms- Act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues- Complete assigned duties with minimal direction**Qualifications**- Career Level:
