As a Project Manager and Operations Support in the Asia-Pacific region for Amgens Center for Observational Research (CfOR), your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners for cross-functional project management and operational support- Manage and develop a team of operations professionals focusing on business processes, metrics, reporting, contracting, budgets, project management, regulatory document processes, and knowledge management- Create detailed project plans, lead team meetings, promote collaboration, and ensure adherence to workflow processes- Monitor project progress, milestones, action items, and escalate and resolve issues- Capture lessons learned and propose innovative solutions to enhance processes and efficiencies- Implement productivity tools like Teams, Copilot, ChatGPT, MS Power Automate, Smartsheet, and Miro- Serve various roles including supporting the Operations Head, leading special projects, conducting necessary analyses, and creating deliverables as requiredQualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or people management role- Doctorate degree with 2 years of research and program management experience, OR Masters degree with 6 years of research and program management experience, OR Bachelors degree with 8 years of related experience, OR Associate degree with 10 years of related experience, OR High school diploma / GED with 12 years of related experiencePreferred Qualifications:- At least 10 years of project management experience,
