Role Overview:As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for precise materials handling, timely deliveries, and optimal resource management to ensure seamless store operations while complying with safety and statutory regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct day to day activities in accordance with relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures- Adhere to established SOPs for inventory and warehouse management- Supervise the receipt division, validate incoming receipts, and conduct thorough physical inspections of received materials- Manage the issuance and receipt of materials, ensuring timely availability of the right materials- Implement measures for secure and organized storage of materials- Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards for inventory analysis- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to materials management- Provide clear instructions and guidance to contract workers for effective contribution to store activities- Contribute insights for operational-level manpower planning and provide guidance to contract labor- Ensure thorough training of workers in store operations processes and safety complianceQualification Required:- Education Qualifications: Diploma of Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical)- Experience: 2 - 9 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar plant operations environment- Functional Competencies: Familiarity with Petrochemical/refinery equipment, understanding of standard engineering practices, knowledge of statutory regulations, planning and decision making skills, experience in handling contract workersAdditional Details:No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
