Role Overview:As a Transformer Service Quality Assurance Specialist at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent quality by executing rigorous quality assurance processes, addressing non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance in assigned projects and orders across suppliers, incoming, in process & delivery, while supporting advanced quality activities to drive quality excellence in manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:- Execute quality assurance processes throughout the service projects lifecycle to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.- Manage regulatory requirements and customer quality expectations, ensuring clear communication and integration into factory processes.- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate quality risks using systematic approaches like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.- Design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance product quality.- Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving and corrective actions.- Contribute to audits, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.- Develop and implement control plans to monitor and maintain quality throughout production, driving continuous improvement.- Promote a Zero-Defect Mindset by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of proactive error identification and resolution.- Uphold Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures,
