Role Overview:You will be joining Dows Analytics & AI Hub (AAIH) as an Associate Business Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you will directly work with clients to design, develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards using tools like Power BI, DSR, and related technologies. Your work will contribute to data-driven decision-making and support Dows AI Catalyst and Transform to Outperform initiatives. Your role will involve a combination of solid technical skills and building effective business relationships to deliver tailored BI solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop BI Dashboards: You will create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, DSR, and other BI tools to meet client requirements.- Collaborate with Clients: Working closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.- Maintain and Enhance Solutions: Ensuring dashboards remain accurate, relevant, and optimized for performance, implementing improvements as necessary.- Develop Domain Knowledge: Building a deep understanding of client data environments and business processes to deliver customized solutions.- Ensure Data Quality: Validating data sources and ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.- Document and Communicate: Maintaining clear documentation of BI solutions and providing training or guidance to end-users.- Adopt Best Practices: Following governance, security, and compliance standards for BI development and deployment.- Utilize strong technical skills in BI development and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, MIS, or a related field.- Experience:
