Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning and Scheduling
- Oversee the entire production process, including planning and organizing production schedules.




- Develop and coordinate production plans and timelines in collaboration with customers.
- Assign daily workloads to team members to ensure efficient operations.

2. Team Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise the production team to manage and execute production activities effectively.
- Work with the team to plan, schedule, and perform production tasks.
- Conduct job training sessions to help team members achieve production goals.
- Evaluate and supervise the performance of production personnel.

3. Maintenance and Equipment Management
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Determine and allocate the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower for production tasks.

4. Process Improvement and Quality Control
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Monitor production activities to ensure the final product meets quality stand
