Senior Salesforce Project Manager
Role Overview
CUBE84 is seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Sslesforce Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives across multiple clients and industries. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation and planning through execution, governance, stakeholder management, and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in consulting services, experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans.




- Establish project governance structures and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
- Monitor project health, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Manage project financials, utilization, forecasting, and resource planning.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, solution discussions, project reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively handle escalations when required.
- Provide regular status reporting, project updates, and executive-level communication.
