Position : Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI, along with hands-on experience in building scalable AI systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
This role requires both strong technical leadership and people management skills. The candidate will lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive AI initiatives from ideation to production.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions.
* Architect end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Develop production-ready AI systems with a focus on scalability,
reliability, and performance.
* Lead the implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
* Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Manage and lead a team, including task planning, work allocation, performance monitoring, and career development.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
* Drive experimentation, feature engineering, model optimization, and performance tuning.
* Ensure best practices in model governance, reproducibility, versioning, and MLOps.
* Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
