Analyze root causes for machining issues, resolve and implement new process.
Assist the Sr. Engineer and prepare necessary reportsi.e.ECN, BCN, inspection reports, Daily Production Planning, machine breakdown reports, etc.on a regular basis.
Must be flexible enough to work under high pressure on a regular basis.
Allocating resources and duties.
Must have knowledge of various machines, machining processes and their related tools.
Organize production according to demand and quality standards.
Scheduling product lines to meet changing monthly forecasts while managing inventory levels and schedules.
Possess solid verbal and written communication skills for free flow of information while executing their job.
Must have project management skills, including exceptional communication, leadership, and risk management skills; scheduling, cost management, and task management skills, etc. to keep all aspects of the projects organized and actualized.
Knowledge of VMC machines, machining operations, ERP, MS office

Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
Prepare production order in ERP system.
Take decision for outsourcing considering in-house capacity, feasibility and urgency of project.
Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out the production process.
Reviewing and acting upon order release and exception messages generated, as well as coordinating Bills of Materials in an ERP environment.
Prepare a weekly manufacturing plan to meet target load objectives and satisfy the organization’s inventory goals.
Regulates and coordinates functions of office and shop.
Coordinates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
