Role Summary:
The Senior Supervisor-Operations is responsible for supporting Sr. Manager/Associate Director in daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring smooth workflows, and stepping into leadership when needed. The role combines operational oversight, customer service, and team development. The role is critical for maintaining efficiency, meeting KPIs, and bridging communication between frontline staff and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Monitor call center or back-office workflows, ensuring smooth process execution.
- Team Supervision: Guide team leaders and agents, manage schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
