As a Senior Associate in SAP - SF BTP Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting, specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes,



enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity.
