Job Description





We’re hiring an HR Associate to provide employee support, HR administration, and recruitment assistance. This hybrid role offers exposure across multiple HR functions. This role will be working 3 days a week from our Goregaon, Mumbai office.
Roles and responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide support on HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, HR records, and HRIS updates.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee data, and payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely record management.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support operational and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with IT to ensure system access and set up is facilitated on time.
