We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with solid experience in .NET-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts, along with a strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using .NET-based frameworks.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with C#/.NET.
- Develop and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools).
- Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Test Plans).
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestSharp, or similar.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Continuously improve automation coverage and test efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in Software Testing with strong focus on Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET for test automation.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience in designing automation frameworks (Data-driven / Keyword-driven / Hybrid).
- Good understanding of OOPs concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with API testing (REST APIs).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with SpecFlow / BDD frameworks.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience in containerization tools like Docker..
