Role overview
As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), you will be the strategic finance partner to the leadership team and a key architect of Multiplier’s financial roadmap. You will own enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, providing sharp, data-driven insights that guide decision-making as we scale globally.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, financial rigor, business partnering, and leadership. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and functional leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and People to ensure financial discipline, visibility, and alignment with Multiplier’s growth ambitions.
