We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Methods and Tools team. This role acts as the bridge between intricate business needs and powerful, automated solutions for engineering data authoring on our cutting-edge data-centric document generation and management platform.
You will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital continuity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across our organization. This is a hands-on position where you will translate complex requirements into seamless, high-performance platform configurations, driving innovation from concept to implementation in a large, complex aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for document automation templates, digital workflows,



and data integration solutions. Identify business process inefficiencies and areas for automation.
- Platform Configuration (Hands-on): Directly configure document templates, agile data fields, workflow logic, and system integrations within our proprietary platform. Rapidly learn and master new internal tools and technologies with provided training.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execution & Quality Assurance: Partner with development teams to refine and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop and execute test plans, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure deployed solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
