Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide timely support to the sales team
- Handle order processing, quotations, lead generation & payment follow-ups
- Respond to enquiries within 24 hours
- Coordinate with customers for orders, ETA (within 3 days) & query resolution (within 2 days)
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
- Manage dealer/channel partner orders, PI sharing & dispatch coordination
- Maintain CRM, enquiry trackers & sales reports
