Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic communications
professional to support and drive Nucleus Software’s external and internal
communication agenda. The role will focus on press releases, media
engagement, thought leadership amplification, and brand storytelling,
ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across platforms.

This role requires robust writing capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced,
stakeholder-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Press Releases & Media
Communication
- Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases aligned with
business priorities, product launches, and corporate milestones
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (leadership, sales, product
teams) to gather inputs and shape narratives
- Coordinate with PR agencies for dissemination across wires
(ANI, PTI, IANS, etc.) and media publications
- Track and compile media coverage reports and visibility
metrics

2. Media Relations & Outreach
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with journalists,
editors, and media houses




- Assist in identifying media opportunities, interviews, and
speaking platforms
- Ensure timely follow-ups with agencies and media for coverage,
corrections, and amplification

3. Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop CXO-level content including authored articles,
leadership quotes, and messaging notes
- Support creation of key communication assets (mailers,
announcements, website content)
- Ensure messaging aligns with Nucleus’ brand voice: premium,
precise, and insight-led

4. Campaign & Event Communication
- Support communication for events, customer engagements, and
industry forums
- Coordinate pre-event, on-ground, and post-event
communication (PR + social amplification)
- Assist in building narratives for flagship platforms (e.g.,
Synapse, industry events, media partnerships)

5. Internal Communication Support
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives including newsletters,
leadership messages, and campai
