Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead an ambitious journey of building an organic FMCG brand from scratch to becoming a market leader. Reporting directly to the Directors, the CEO will oversee all facets of the business, driving growth, operational excellence, and brand prominence.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a robust business strategy to establish the company as a leading organic FMCG brand.
- Identify growth opportunities, including product innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across the organization.

Operational Management
- Oversee all departments, including Production, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
- Ensure the company operates with efficiency, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Set and achieve performance benchmarks across functions.

Brand Building
- Lead efforts to create a robust, trusted, and recognizable organic brand.




- Spearhead marketing and communication strategies to build market share and customer loyalty.

Financial Oversight
- Ensure financial health and sustainability by driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Lead fundraising and investor relations initiatives if required.
- Regularly report financial and operational performance to the Directors.

Team Leadership
- Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
- Implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent.

Compliance and Sustainability
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Promote sustainable and ethical business practices, reflecting the values of an organic FMCG brand.

Key Qualifications
- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in an FMCG or organic product company, with demonstrable success in scaling businesses.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG
