Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth functioning of airport ground operations. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gates, and baggage claim area
- Checking and verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes
- Assisting passengers with special needs or requests
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure efficient and timely services
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
- Conducting pre-flight checks and inspections of aircraft
- Adhering to all safety and security protocols and regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Providing accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Collaborating with the cabin crew and ground handling staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
Requirements:
