Key Responsibilities

Participate in stock counts of all F&B; items stored in the store rooms.

Follow all inventory and product control policies and procedures at all times and reports any discrepancies to the F&B; Storekeeper immediately.

Inspect and evaluate the quality of food received during loading to ensure it meets company and product specifications.

Consistently maintains assigned F&B; stores, including recording, controlling and issuing inventory to operational departments and monitoring expiration dates.

Assists the F&B; Storekeeper with stock rotation and provides input on consumption patterns as requested.

Monitor consumption trends and promptly report any discrepancies or unusual trends in stock consumption or utilization to the F&B; Storekeeper or Hotel Inventory Manager.
