About the role

We are looking for a performance-driven and lifecycle-focused Owned Media Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team at WeWork India. In this role,



you will own the strategy and execution of our email and WhatsApp marketing programs as key revenue and engagement channels, while working closely with content and growth teams to strengthen owned media channels.

You will be responsible for designing and optimizing full-funnel customer journeys, leveraging our MarTech stack for automation, personalization, and experimentation to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue outcomes.

He/she will also be responsible for increasing the conversion rates of our website, landing pages, and other owned channels. Having Email, WhatsApp, SMS campaign experience is a desirable and added advantage. Using data analysis, A/B testing, user feedback, and industry best practices, you will help optimize user journeys and enhance the online customer experience to drive better business outcomes
