Learning Services Delivery Specialist-MRI
You are responsible for leading the delivery of advanced technical training programs for MRI Field Service Engineers and Installers across multiple regions and learning environments. The role ensures a consistent, high-quality learning experience that enables service personnel to safely install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Philips MRI systems throughout their lifecycle.As a senior training skilled, the Learning Services Delivery Specialist serves as the primary delivery expert for complex MRI technical curricula, utilizing deep product knowledge and advanced facilitation skills to translate sophisticated technical concepts into effective learning experiences. The role actively coaches learners, mentors junior trainers, and collaborates with engineering and business stakeholders to encourage improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing learning service delivery effectiveness, delivery capacity, and learner performance.

Unlike content development-focused positions,



this role emphasizes training delivery, learner engagement, curriculum execution, and capability building. Content creation activities are limited to maintaining, refining, and updating existing training materials to reflect engineering changes, field feedback, and business priorities.

Your role:

Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Lead delivery of advanced instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended MRI technical training programs for Field Service Engineers and Installers.
- Facilitate complex technical courses covering MRI safety, installation, site readiness, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, software applications, and system performance optimization, while taking the increasing digitalization of MRI service operations into acocunt.
