Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer specializing in Tunnel Ventilation, Station Air-conditioning, and E&M; systems for our underground infrastructure project in Surat, India. This challenging role requires a detail-oriented professional to oversee the design, installation,



and maintenance of critical systems in our underground facilities.
- Design and implement tunnel ventilation systems, ensuring optimal air quality and safety standards are met
- Develop and manage station air-conditioning systems to maintain comfortable environments for passengers and staff
- Oversee the integration of electrical and mechanical (E&M;) systems throughout the underground infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of all engineering aspects
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documents using AutoCAD and BIM software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards
- Mentor
