Job Description:
Achievement of store monthly sales targets.
Improving the existing sales conversion ratio.
Recommending coordinated accessories along with the main outfit to create a complete look & enhance the overall average bill value.
Improving the existing client repeat percentage.
Ensuring client complaints are resolved within 24 hours.
High client satisfaction & positive feedback maintained at the store.
Ensuring high standards of customer hospitality maintained at the store.
Experience:
5- 10 years of experience in high end premium men ethnic wear in retail store.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager along with proven track record of achieving sales store targets.
Annual CTC is in the range between 10 to 15 Lakhs depending upon their relevant work experience
The opening is for their upcoming store in Hyderabad & candidates residing in Hyderabad with relevant work experience in high -end mens ethnic retail stores with proven ability to handle premium clientele & achieve monthly sales targets
