Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Senior Associate – Python who can design, develop, and deliver scalable applications and complex systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building backend and frontend systems, a proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions, and team leadership experience. This role demands strong engineering fundamentals, meticulous execution, structured working, and the ability to take full ownership of delivery.



Exposure to AI technologies or projects will be considered a valuable advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain complex backend systems and scalable applications using Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Integrate and deliver frontend components using contemporary JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) ensuring seamless user experience.
- Architect performant, low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting reviews and ensuring engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution.
- Manage delivery roadmaps and ensure timely execution of projects with structured documentation.
- Explore and integrate AI/ML techniques where applicable to enhance system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
