Job Snapshot

Mindtickle is a rapidly growing organization, and we are scaling our Content as a Service team. We are seeking someone who would bring in the experience, creative and visualization skills, and be a trusted partner to our customers, peers, and cross-functional teams to design best-in-class enablement strategies.



Your overarching goal would be to continue establishing the Content as a Service team as a thought leader in the enablement program design space.

Creative Solution Design:
- Develop optimized, creative learning solutions aligning with customers’ business objectives, right from ideation to effectiveness evaluation, for deploying engaging, bespoke enablement programs on Mindtickle.
- Prioritize a learner-centric approach and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and review POCs, query documents, structure documents, content outlines, scripts, PPTs, and other collateral as a part of the solution process.

Research-Driven Recommendations:
- Formulate solid, research-backed opinions to guide decision-making.
- Utilize data and external benchmarking for decision-making and solution refinement.
